"It was as sad as losing my car keys in the car, I in fact locked them in the boot. It was extremely daft. I was putting the groceries in the car and pushed it closed not having realising I had dropped the keys within. A client in The Marsh called us with a frightful scenario as she had only stepped outdoors to retrieve her bag and the front door slammed closed behind her. And yet, what makes this even worse was that she told us "Please help me! I do not have my keys and my baby is inside." It goes without saying that we raced there and happily the road traffic was in our favour. We were able to arrive in fifteen minutes and had the house unlocked without delay. We found out soon after is that she called her tiny dog "my baby".

Can't track down our house keys The Marsh:

"I got my grandchildren over for the week end We opted to head for a picnic by the seashore. A wonderful morning was had by the kids and we headed off back and when we got to the home door I realized that I did not have the house keys. I knew I lost the keys around the seaside, with your incredible immediate services you got us into the house quickly" was the message coming from our customer.

Can't open the code lock The Marsh:

"Our office door has a dead bolt locking mechanism and also a code number lock (that we do not ever lock), and one of our office workers decided they would start using the code mechanism for whatever unknown reason, not realising that we didn't have the code. Consequently when we all reached work the succeeding morning we were all locked out. Thank you so much for your timely reaction and for getting us into the office," was a telephone call we got from a commercial customer in The Marsh.
